Recently, the China Food Safety Information Traceability Platform released the "Traceability Restaurant Evaluation List" for multiple batches in 2022. 32 restaurants served by Beijing Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of "Traceability Restaurant A-level".

       In the context of consumer upgrading, in order to guide catering enterprises to use traceability technology correctly, improve food safety levels, reduce food operating costs and risks, and establish the trust of the government and consumers in catering enterprises, in recent years, the Food Safety and Information Traceability Branch of the China Non staple Food Circulation Association (the first national traceability industry organization in China) has actively carried out the evaluation of "traceability restaurants" in the industry.

Announcement of the "China Food Safety Information Traceability Platform"

       The evaluation of "traceability restaurant" is a comprehensive assessment of the food safety traceability capability of catering enterprises based on policies and regulations such as the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementation Regulations of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Important Product Traceability System (Guobanfa [2015] No. 95). It is applicable to the process management and node traceability of food (ingredient) circulation in catering enterprises.  

       In order to do a good job in the evaluation of "traceable restaurants", the Group's System Security Center took the lead in organizing each declared restaurant to carefully prepare materials, and based on the evaluation system of "traceable restaurants", further adjusted and sorted out the traceability management of each restaurant. Finally, after comprehensive evaluation by experts in the four aspects of food ingredients, processing, distribution and sales, information systems, and management, the 32 restaurants participating in the evaluation by the group have all reached the qualification level of traceability, and have been awarded A-level qualification, obtaining the right to use the traceability restaurant logo.

       Through the declaration of "restaurant traceability", the system management center has gained a clearer understanding and clear goals for traceability management. Next, the group will continue to participate in the evaluation of "traceability restaurants", integrate traceability into the daily management of restaurants, establish a comprehensive traceability system, ensure the food safety of customers, and convey corporate responsibility to society!
