On May 27th, the cooking skills competition for the three districts of Beijing was held at the Taikang Group restaurant. The competition lasted for 4 hours, with 54 kitchen staff from various projects and positions in the three districts of Beijing competing on the same field.
This competition features four individual events: cold dishes, hot dishes, pastry, and cutting and pairing. All competitions are held simultaneously, and each competition is a designated work. With the sound of 11 cutting and matching contestants "dadada dadada" cutting vegetables, the culinary skills competition kicked off in the Daogong University competition.

At the competition venue, the contestants showcased their unique skills and engaged in intense competition. Their skilled swordsmanship, mature techniques, and exquisite plating fully demonstrated their superb skills, superb cooking abilities, and excellent overall qualities. As time goes by, exquisite cutting and pairing works, as well as dishes and pastries with excellent color, aroma, taste, and texture, are presented to the judges one by one.
The judges for this competition are composed of district managers from the three districts of Beijing and trainers from within the Beijing region. The judges will score each work on site based on the work number and scoring criteria, including cutting and matching, plate arrangement, color, aroma, taste, and shape of dishes and pastries.

At the production review ceremony, regional president Hou Feifei expressed sincere gratitude to the competition judges, contestants, and all the staff involved in the preparation activities. The judges' representatives provided individual comments on the contestants' knife skills, cooking methods, and plate arrangement. In the end, each individual competition project will be awarded first, second, and third prizes as well as several outstanding awards for recognition, and will be presented with certificates of honor and prizes.
